I LOVE....capturing and sharing people's most beautiful moments, flowers & jewellery, chai lattes and green tea, watching romantic comedies, independent movies & French TV. I LOVE my black & white cat Lucas, the sound of the ocean & most of all I LOVE what I do.
1. I have a diploma in fashion design. I went to fashion school thinking it was going to be my dream career, and had an amazing time designing and learning how to make clothing, but realized it wasn't quite for me even though I had an amazing time and really enjoyed it.
2. When I am 100 years old…I see myself riding my bicycle to the summer market and filling my basket up with basil, kale, heirloom tomatoes, fresh strawberries and kabocha squash.
3. I LOVE the sun…almost feel like a lizard at times needing to just bathe in it.
4. I always had a huge interest in photography, but I never did anything about it until two and a half years ago, the day after I broke my leg. It was that untimely interruption in my life that motivated me to follow my passion for photography and become a professional photographer. It was like breaking my leg was meant to be!
5. I once worked in a coffee shop in Canmore Alberta as a baker, and served Robin Williams some Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf that I made!
6. Before I became a professional photographer, I would go to the weddings of friends and wish deep in my heart that I was their photographer.
7. I love creamy pastry desserts, pies and sweets and fresh loaves of bread, but I won't keep any at my house because I would eat it all! Hehe
8. I always thought I hated cell phones until I got my first one a year ago!
9. I photographed the wedding of Jackson Trigg's nephew in Mexico. Oh...did I mention that I enjoy a good glass of wine?
10. If I had one wish to make, it would be to be happy every single day for the rest of my life. I think I am on the right path!
